Jake is a Chartered Physiotherapist based in Collier Row, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury recovery, and performance-focused care. He helps people get out of pain, move better, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy — whether that’s sport, training, or everyday life.Jake’s clinical background spans both acute hospital care and private practice, including work on acute stroke wards and within neurological rehabilitation at Queen’s Hospital, where he also supported ICU teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience has shaped his highly thorough, evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
He later worked as a neurological stroke and injury rehabilitation physiotherapist in Essex, delivering intensive, personalised therapy in patients’ homes. Jake now brings this same high standard of care into the private sector across Essex and London, applying complex clinical expertise to effective, results-driven MSK rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Jake enjoys golf, boxing, and strength training, and has a strong interest in biomechanics and athletic movement. He continuously studies how the body moves — from everyday mechanics to athletic movement — to help his clients recover efficiently, improve performance, and reduce the risk of future injury.

There he treated athletes from many different sports, both professional/amateur and people from all around the world. He also covered large sporting events such as the Dubai Rugby 7s and assisted with professional football teams during their winter training breaks.
Before spending nearly 6 years as an expat, Kane worked in the UK for both the NHS and private sector. He has vast experience in treating sport injuries, tendinopathies(tendinitis), neck and shoulder pain. He has also had enough knee injuries playing football to keep his skills up to date.

When he is not spending time with the family, Kane enjoys playing golf and tennis, although both are more suited to the year round sunshine in Dubai. However, he is looking forward to showing Dan what the fairway looks like.
Dan is the founder and director of 5Physio, he has mastered his craft in the NHS and Private sector for the last 10 years with a big ambition to provide elite Physiotherapy care to the local community. ‘Dan has a very diverse Physiotherapy background but specialises in chronic back and neck pain, always making sure the main focus is on diagnosing the root cause of someone’s pain rather than just symptom managing.
His unique experience working in many multi-disciplinary settings has allowed him to gain invaluable knowledge and has been able to tailor his treatments to provide successful outcomes for all his patients. He is a strong believer in combining a very hands on approach alongside other treatments such as joint manipulation, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, electrotherapy and rehabilitation to achieve fantastic results for everyone.
When he’s not in the clinic he’ll normally be found on the golf course sulking because his business partner Kane has beaten him over 18 holes.’
